KENTWOOD, Mich- Police in Kentwood reported shots were fired just outside Woodland Mall, near the Flagstar Bank around 7:40 p.m. Friday.
Numerous police cruisers were actively searching the area for suspects.
Kentwood police found 2 shell casings, no one was reported injured.
Multiple police agencies responded to the call.
The investigation was concentrated to a Rapid Bus stop, near the Flagstar Bank parking lot.
A call to Woodland Mall to determine if any precautions were being taken inside was answered with, “no comment.”
No one was injured and no suspect was found.
