GRAND RAPIDS, Mich –
The family of Jonas Rodriguez has been looking for him since Saturday, when he didn’t come home.
A family friend now says Rodriguez, 22, was at a friend’s house, apparently with no way to get home or contact his wife.
He was last seen on Dec. 1 around 8 p.m. behind The B.O.B. in downtown Grand Rapids.

This article is entitled "Missing man located". Doesn't that mean he is not missing anymore so we can stop waiting for him to come home?

Alright, I'm confused. Is he missing or located? This story doesn't lead me to either ultimatum.
