SPARTA, Mich–
The Feeding America West Michigan Food Bank is receiving a $1,000 grant on Wednesday. Employees at the North Kent Service Center and senior executives at Consumers Energy are presenting the grant at 8 a.m.
The North Kent Service Center employees chose Feeding America as the recipient of the grant after it was a finalist in Consumers Energy’s companywide Ethics in Action Awards.
It all happens at the North Kent Service Center, located at 679 State Street (Sparta Avenue), in Sparta.
