Lowell’s Pink Arrow Pride football game traditionally brings in thousands of fans and thousands of dollars for Gilda’s Club.

This year, the game will be played against an out of state opponent.

Lowell has scheduled Hubbard High School out of Chicago, Ill., for the Pink Arrow VI game. The Greyhounds were 2-6 last season but made it to the Illinois State playoffs for 16 straight years from 1994 to 2010.

Kelvin Hayden, who has played for the Colts and Falcons of the NFL, graduated from Hubbard.
