One of the two fugitives who escaped from the Lake County Correctional facility in West Michigan early this fall could be closer to a plea agreement with prosecutors in Canon City, Colorado.  32-year-old Kenneth Grauman II made a court appearance Wednesday in Canon City.  An additional burglary charge has been filed against him and a plea offer was tendered to Grauman.

Grauman was originally charged with four felonies and a misdemeanor, including possession of a weapon by a previous offender.  Those charges also included:  unlawful distribution, manufacturing and dispensing or sale of meth, felony theft by receiving for stealing a car from Iowa and a misdemeanor theft of a license plate which they had stolen from a car in Canon City.  He’s also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Grauman lead West Michigan law enforcement teams and US Marshals on a cross-country man hunt along with 23-year-old Greg Bradshaw and their two girlfriends, Laura Grauman and Brittany Rector. Grauman is set for a plea and sentencing hearing December, 19.
