KENTWOOD, Mich. – Kentwood Police have identified a couple found murdered Saturday morning.
Police said David Bouwman, 81, and his wife, Vivian Bouwman, 80, were found dead in their home at 2289 Stowe Valley Drive SE.
Investigators believe the couple were also victims of a home invasion.
Police said the suspect or suspects stole the couple’s gold Cadillac Deville, which was later discovered, burned and dumped in the 3800 block of Madison Avenue in Wyoming.
Investigators believe the couple was murdered sometime between 7:00 p.m. Friday and 8:00 a.m. Saturday.

how sad, what is this town coming to. No longer safe in your own home. Hope they catch these low life thugs who had to pick on helpless senior citizens. Gutless waste of air. Prayers to the victims family and friends.

I just hope someone steps up and says I seen this or that as I dont see how someone can set a car on fire and noone notice anything suspicious .
Or someone seeing someone leaving in the stolen car or something but what is so sad these people lived their lifes clean hurting noone and some punk or punks have no value for life think taking someones life is worth any amount of money.
I hope whoever involved in this reads this and stops and thinks how they would feel if this was their mother or father or grand parents.
Hopefully their was more then 1 involved that way 1 may tell thinking the other might tell first and they tell first.
They need to find these punks and give them the electric chair Makes me sick to think someone can do something like this with no feelings
