BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – A store clerk at the Liberty Convenience store will not face charges after fatally shooting a robber.
The incident happened in Battle Creek on Dec. 3.
The robber, Michael Honyoust, flashed a knife at the clerk.
The clerk then shot the man, killing him.
