GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Two local schools are helping students transition into high school by holding mock school days.

Wellspring Preparatory High School and Grand River Preparatory High School invite middle school students from around the area to visit the high schools for a walk through.

“This is a great program to help our middle school students understand what high school looks like and feels like before reality hits,” said Koree Woodward, principal at Wellspring Preparatory High School.” It takes out some of the scary unknowns of high school and helps to create excitement and engagement with our middle school students.”
