California Company Takes Over Bridgewater

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – A California real estate company will be taking over Bridgewater Place in downtown Grand Rapids.

The company is Hertz Investment Group.

They’ve been going on buying sprees across the Midwest and South, owning more than 40 large office buildings across the U.S.

GMAC bought Bridgewater Place for $34 million in a sheriff’s auction two years ago.

The sale is expected to be closed in February.

This is the right blog for everyone who would like to find out about this
topic. You understand a whole lot its almost hard to argue
with you (not that I personally will need to…HaHa). You certainly put a fresh spin on a topic which has been discussed for a long time.
    Excellent stuff, just wonderful!

Undeniably imagine that that you said. Your favourite justification appeared to be at the internet the easiest thing
to be aware of. I say to you, I definitely get irked
at the same time as people think about worries that they just do not recognize about.
You controlled to hit the nail upon the top and also defined out the entire thing with no need side-effects ,
other people could take a signal. Will probably be back to get more.
    Thanks
