GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – A California real estate company will be taking over Bridgewater Place in downtown Grand Rapids.
The company is Hertz Investment Group.
They’ve been going on buying sprees across the Midwest and South, owning more than 40 large office buildings across the U.S.
GMAC bought Bridgewater Place for $34 million in a sheriff’s auction two years ago.
The sale is expected to be closed in February.
