Power Outage in Walker

WALKER, Mich. — A car crash in Walker left some of the city without electricity on Sunday evening.

Around 5:45 p.m., a vehicle struck a power pole leaving 3 Mile Road. between Bristol Avenue and Alpine Avenue without power for about an hour.

A live wire was down and no injuries were reported.

Consumer’s Energy was on the scene and has restored power around 6:40 p.m.
