GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — As indicated by the above radar image, thunderstorms are rapidly moving into West Michigan.  Storms contain heavy rain, frequent lightning, and the possibility of some small hail.

So far, the only severe weather has been reported near the state line in Elkhart, Indiana, where quarter-size hail fell briefly.  The warning for that storm has since expired in Cass and St. Joseph counties.
