MUSKEGON, Mich. – The man who was arrested Monday for allegedly videotaping people inside the men’s locker room at Muskegon Community College has been charged.

Ninos Jando, 34, was charged with three counts of capturing and disturbing images of naked people.

The next court appearance for Jando will be held on Feb. 21, 2013, at 8 a.m.
