The weekend version of FOX 17 Morning News will air from 5am-9am just as the weekday version does. It will be anchored by some familiar faces; Tim Doty and Leigh Ann Towne. Newcomer Kelly Smith will serve as Meteorologist. Kelly comes to us from KDLT in Sioux Falls, South Dakota but has ties to the area. She grew up here in West Michigan and is a graduate of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo.
FOX 17 Morning News launched in August, 2006 and expanded from a two-hour broadcast to its current four-hour length two years later. As a result of this expansion FOX 17 will have more local news programming than any other broadcast television station in the West Michigan market.

You really make it seem so easy along with your presentation but I find this matter
to be really one thing that I think I would never
