Medical Marijuana Dispensaries Not Allowed

DETROIT, Mich.  – The Michigan Supreme Court says if you are a licensed medical marijuana user and you want to buy it at a local dispensary, you are out of luck..

The  decision today  means the state’s 126,000 approved users must grow their own pot or have a state-licensed caregiver grow it for them.

The case involves a Mount Pleasant dispensary that allowed medical-marijuana users to sell pot to each other. Owners took as much as a 20 percent cut of each sale.

How about some more information? Maybe some background, or definitions on what constitutes a dispensary.
