BRANCH COUNTY, Mich. — Three teenagers were taken to the hospital after using K2 synthetic marijuana Friday in Branch County.
At 4:20 p.m. Friday, while driving southwest of Coldwater a female motorist spotted a male teen walking alongside the roadway in the cold weather wearing shorts, a T-shirt and no shoes while acting strangely. She called 9-1-1.
The teen and two of his friends — boys aged 14 and 15 — all were taken to the hospital. Michigan State Police troopers determined that they apparently had been using K2 synthetic marijuana.
The Michigan State Police told FOX 17 NEWS that the case will be turned over to juvenile court.

This stuff really is crazy. STAY AWAY FROM IT. Before they made it illegal in Grand Rapids, I was doing it all the time. It was incredibly addictive. I was smoking two to three grams a day and getting migraines constantly, but I couldn't stop. Kids probably think it's great, because it's cheaper than weed, you just have to go to a gas station to get it (or you did before they banned it), and it's legal (or was legal), but it's bad news!

There is also a company out of Grand Rapids Michigan that is manufacturing and selling marijuana laced candies, and candies such as these are making there way into our schools.

Kids as young as in 5th grade are getting high off marijuana laced candies like the ones illegally manufactured and distributed by companies like Sweetstone based out of Grand Rapids MI.
