KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Two parolees were arrested Wednesday during a heroin bust in Kalamazoo.

According to a Kalamazoo Public Safety news release, officers searched a home in the 3100 block of Crystal Lane in Oshtemo Township.  Inside, they found $3,000 worth of heroin. Documents also showed that the officers found several scales, packaging equipment and marijuana.

Two Kalamazoo men, who are already on parole, were taken into custody.

Two women were also found inside the home. Police said they will be charged at a later date.

Both men are being lodged at the Kalamazoo County Jail.
