GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Firehouse Subs is opening its first restaurant in Grand Rapids on Thursday.
It’s located at 2090 Celebration Drive in the Knapp’s Corner area.
The restaurant features a hand-painted mural inside the dining room that illustrates the Grand Rapids Fire Department responding to a building fire, while showing the contrast of modern era firefighting versus decades past.
Firehouse Subs was founded in Jacksonville, Fla., by former firefighting brothers.
