BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. – A man has been arrested in connection to the Chemical Bank robbery that took place on Feb. 15 in Niles.
On Feb. 20, detectives were able to locate the suspect, Richard Smith, at home in Benton Harbor.
Smith was lodged at the Berrien County Jail in St. Joseph, Mich.
