GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Adam Wohlfert was honored at a city commission meeting in Grand Rapids Tuesday night for going above and beyond the duties of his job.

Wohlfert, a sewer worker, found a woman’s wedding ring and returned it to the family who thought their sentimental piece of jewelry was gone forever.

And get this, after returning the ring, Wohlfert found out he’s the couples third cousin.
