GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Police tell FOX 17 that they raided three medical marijuana dispensaries on Wednesday.
The decision to execute a search warrant at the shops came after the February state Supreme Court ruling, which outlawed dispensaries.
Lt. Nawrocki of the GRPD said marijuana and records were seized from the shops, along with food products containing marijuana.
Two of the shops raided were the Mid-Michigan Compassion Club dispensaries, located in the 900 block of Leonard Street NW. The Natural Wellness dispensary, located in the 1200 block of Taylor Avenue NE was also raided.
Nawrocki said they plan to present reports to prosecutors for possible charges.

Even though it is still a violation of federal law? It hasn't been legalized on a national level, and last I checked Michigan was part of the United States and subject to all the laws therein.

I cannot believe this is still happening! Dispensaries are paying taxes, renting space, employing michiganders, etc. As long as they (dispensaries) are only providing alloted amounts to state registered card holders, what in the world is the problem?!?! I mean enough already…
