GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-  A Grand Rapids bar has agreed to shut down after problems with violence, most recently a shooting which left four people injured.

On Tuesday, an agreement was reached between the owner of the New Roosevelt Bar and Grand Rapids city commissioners.  Documents reveal the bar’s owner agreed to cease operations and sell her liquor license.

Bullets were sprayed into the building on Grandville Avenue Southwest back on February 21st, hitting four people including a woman in the neck.

Last November, Wellington Guevara was killed after he was shot two times in the chest outside of the establishment.
