PLAINWELL, Mich. — The Michigan State Police are currently investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Advance America Cash Advance Located at 1307 E. M-89. According to police a subject walked into the store, brandished a weapon at the teller and then left with an undetermined amount of cash. It is believed the subject then got into a nearby vehicle and fled the area.
security photos were obtained as the suspect left the store.
If anyone can identify this subject, please call the Michigan State Police.

What ever happened to society that allows people to immediately turn the focus to how awful u think the payday loan industry is? Lets us not get away from the FACT that a man walkend into a PLACE OF BUSINESS and pointed a gun at an UNARMED woman committed a CRIME. The fact is who cares if it was a payday loan office or a veterinarians office….fact is ITS A CRIME and the REAL focus should be on finding the person so the woman can feel safe again!!!! Its a real shame to see the lack of empathy in this world.
To the woman affected by this horrible thing, may u find peace upon his arrest.

Thank you Michell, as the teller's mother I really appreciate what you said. Also, no one is forced to go to a cash advance store, it is their decision. At least it's not a crime to get needed money that way, as it is to shove a gun into an innocent girls face and demand she give him money.

Yea i just got a phone call from Michigan about this bullshit ,that people saying that that photo looks like Dennis Letts . Well sorry bout ur luck people because who ever that is in the photo doesn't look nothing like me on my worst damn day. And for starters this is Dennis and I don't even live in the that piece of shit state . I moved last year on September 3rd ,2012 to get away from the bullshit drama their and have no plans on coming back their , because of ignorant shit like this. I work everyday now and wouldn't do some stupid shit like that to begin with . So people I believe ya all need to get ur eyes checked and guess again.
