GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Grand Rapids Police Department is investigating an incident on the city’s southeast side Thursday night.

Shortly after 10 p.m., officers told FOX 17 NEWS that a woman ran out of a house in the 800 block of Prince Street SE, said she had been involved in an altercation with a man inside who had fired a gunshot.

Grand Rapids police are now on the scene investigating, trying to figure out if there’s a man inside the house and what actually occurred.

Around 11:15 p.m., officers entered the home and found no one was inside.  Crews began clearing the scene shortly after.
