(WEST MICHIGAN) — Light snow flurries are starting to come to an end this morning and skies are starting to break in many areas. Sunday will be another cooler day with temperatures below average. A mix of clouds and sun with light winds Sunday will lead to a quiet, dry afternoon. Clouds will generally be on the increase Sunday night ahead of our next system, which will move through Monday afternoon. Low temperatures will remain mild through the overnight and climb into the low 40’s on Monday morning. A light rain, snow mix will develop and move in from the west by Monday afternoon as temperatures stay above freezing. Cooler air will move in towards evening allowing light rain to transition into wet snow. Snow accumulation should be less than an inch as most of the precipitation should fall as light rain. Below average temperatures continue through the end of next week.
