KALAMAZOO, Mich. – A mom and four of her children have gone missing after family said they were supposed to be moving back to Kalamazoo from Texas.

Katrina Hernandez, 28, has now been missing for 13 days, according to her family.

They said Hernandez was supposed to be traveling back to Michigan from Texas and schedule to arrive on March 7, but never showed up.

Police in Dallas are now investigating her disappearance as a missing persons case.

Her family told FOX 17 that the last time they spoke with her was on March 5. They said she told them she had $4,800 in cash and was heading out with her four children to buy a car on Craigslist.

Since then, they said when they call her cellphone they get sent directly to her voicemail.
