ALLEGAN COUNTY, Mich.- Marion Conley is in Allegan County Jail charged with Jody Snyder’s murder. But friends and family of the victim say they knew he was responsible all along.

Conley spoke with FOX 17 and even laughed about being investigated, which outraged those close to Snyder.  Travis Snyder, Jody’s nephew, says he’s familiar with arguments the landlord and tenant frequently had.  Travis says he saw them first-hand and believes if he had been there the night Jody was killed, Conley would have killed him.

Snyder’s ex-girlfriend, Tammy Kiekover says Conley’s behavior on FOX 17 made her sick and she’s glad he’s behind bars.  She says she’s overwhelmed by everything that’s happened.

Travis says Conway always carried a gun in his front pocket, and that he threatened to kill Jody three times the week he was killed.
