SAUGATUCK, Mich. — FOX 17 is getting word that a 25 lot condo project on privately owned property on the Saugatuck dunes will happen after an appeal from a local group was denied by the boarding zone of appeals.
That means billionaire Aubrey McClendon’s buildings will go up along the lakeshore.
