        Drock don’t be so quick to pass judgement. This man worked hard to compile these photos and share it on the web, I could care less about his grammar or punctuation- even though the quote was not said by him. If he wasn’t qualified fox wouldn’t have hired him.

    I have seen all over town in Holland that the majority of drains are clogged with leaves, gravel etc. I think that the city should have started that clean up process before the heavy rain!

      I live in Texas and the flooding that happened here was definitely a “flash” flood. One minute I was driving my car to higher ground from where it was parked while water was swishing around my floor boards. Five minutes later I was walking inside my house and the road where my car was previously parked had not even an inch of water. When I was moving my car a kid was literally dragging a kayak through the water. Most of the people in these pics likely were ambushed by this water on their way home from work.
