Grand Rapids Declares State of Emergency

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – During a news conference on Saturday afternoon, Grand Rapids Mayor George Heartwell held a news conference in which he declared a state of emergency for the city as it deals with flooding problems along the Grand River.  Here is a blog of what he said, along with representatives from Grandville.
