for one you can hop off because yes you've known my brother but your no better, drugs and everything else in your house hold. your someone that should jus be taken into custody. yes my brother has problems hes bipolar skitsofrantic. and hes insane, and my family is not saying what he did was right. but serioiusly my brother jus needs professional help not prison that will make him more crazy. and for you to sit here and have no life and comment on this makes you look stupid. because i can go snitch and get your house searched big time. so keep talking stuff.

I know the suspect too, and have had to press charges of felonious assault on him three years ago, and it's about time they take his acts of violence seriously, he should have never been released from what he just got out for, he has attacked his own family members , neighbors, and now strangers.. Thank god he is off the streets for good.

and who are you? for one this is my brother and he has never attacked my family or any of us, and he attacked a neighbor because my brother is bipolar skitsofrantic and is very mental while my brother is minding his own business sitting on the porch they decide to pick on him and call him names and insult my sister so my brother was defending himself. and the kid deserved what he got. and my brother didn't even get into trouble the other kid did. and before you go commenting on stuff know the facts the people that my brother assaulted were not strangers. we all know them. and the guy started it with my brother and is a huge creep on me. all my brother needs is professional help. hes insane and mental. so id appreciate it if you jus stfu. thanks

Sounds like all you are doing is making excuses for his behavior, you aren't helping the situation by doing this. I don't know you, your brother or anyone involved. I'm commenting on you, yourself for making excuses for what sounds like a dangerous person. Psychiatric help is what he needs by the sound of it.

Okay, so because he's insane he should not go to prison? Sure, I agree he needs professional help. He also needs to be contained while seeking it, Talking to a psychiatrist and being drugged isn't going to guarantee that someone else isn't going to get injured or killed when he goes "mental" or has a bad day. Perhaps getting thrown in prison isn't what HE needs, but society deserves it for the safety of the rest.
Give up on defending him so righteously on here, he slit the throats of 2 people and for that deserves the prison sentence he has earned himself. He should have gotten "help" a long time ago, now it's too late to say that.

I agree, On http://www.mlive.com his family is blaming the system including his parole officer for taking him off the alcohol tether .. They are saying nobody would help him instead of making him accoutable for the things he does

Solving crime is not our police department's priority. Seem's DUI's, Electric Forest drug busts from potential people spending money in our community, Speeding-Construction zone tickets & where ever else they can generate money from is obviously MOST IMPORTANT to our city. Last one in Muskegon, MI. Please turn out the lights.
