GRAND RAPIDS,Mich. — According to the Grand Rapids Police department just before 2pm on October 16 a call of shots fired was reported in the area of Highland and Prospect. According to witnesses a male fired shots at a car. Witnesses at the scene say the suspect then fled on foot east on Highland and went into a house. After a short standoff the suspect came out of the home and was placed into custody.
At this time there is no reports of anyone being shot and police are still investigating.
