GRAND HAVEN, Mich.- Ottawa County Parks and Recreation has been offering a unique way for people to take in all of the amazing colors in West Michigan; by kayak.
This year, they added trips along the Grand River. While those opportunities wrapped up this past weekend, there are two more chances to head out on the Pigeon River. If you bring your own kayak, the fee to take part is $15 or you can rent one for $26.
Dates and times for upcoming trips are October 23 and November 6, 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. You will paddle the 3.5 mile stretch from Hemlock Crossing to Sheldon Landing.
