GR Police Seek Suspect Using Debit Card of Missing Woman

Screen shot 2013-10-23 at 5.51.43 PMGRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Maxine Green, the sister of famous soul singer Al Green, went missing in Grand Rapids late August.  Now, police believe someone in the area is using her food assistance debit card.

Grand Rapids police are looking for a woman caught on surveillance cameras using Green’s card at Big Top Market on 36th and Clyde Park in Wyoming.

Green, 62, was reported missing from Shepherds of Independence Aug. 23.  According to a release, she suffers from paranoid schizophrenia.

Anyone with information on the woman in these photographs or on Green’s disappearance is asked to contact Grand Rapids Police Department at 616-456-3351.
