WEST MICHIGAN — (FOX 17) — As the snow ends here on Thursday night, another potential mess could be on the way Saturday.
Winter storm watches are in effect for areas south of I-96 starting late Friday night and continuing into Saturday evening. This image from our in-house computer model, Future Track, shows some of the potential accumulations from this storm. While it is far too early to pinpoint exact amounts, the general idea here is that it’s going to get messy this weekend in West Michigan.
So far this season, Grand Rapids’ snow total is 78.8 inches, while Muskegon is over 95 inches.
