BENTON HARBOR, Mich (February 13, 2014) – A Benton Harbor teenager was taken into custody after an armed robbery for $42 dollars on Wednesday evening.
Public Safety Officers were called to the area of the Lavette and Clay around 9:30 p.m. after a man reported he was robbed at gun point by a man wearing a mask.
Responding officers tracked down 19-year-old Ryan Board Jr., who had the $42 dollars on him from the robbery, along with a handgun that was reported stolen out of Benton Township.
Board is facing several charges, including Armed Robbery, Resisting Police Officers, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Possessing a Firearm while in the Commission of a Felony.

My issue with the surge of violent crime committed by youth is-
The anti-gun squad ignores the issue, UNLESS they can use it to- Pump up the gun control issue, use it for political gain, use it to undermine self defense laws ( as in the tryvon martin case) or blame lawful gun owners or blame the NRA.
