PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (Feb. 17, 2014) — A South Carolina woman was arrested last week after allegedly not returning a movie she rented in 2005.

Kayla Michelle Finley, 27, was charged in Pickens County with failure to return a rented video cassette, according to FOX Carolina.

Finley allegedly rented the Jennifer Lopez and Jane Fonda-led movie Monster-in-Law from Dalton Video in 2005 and didn’t return the tape within three days.  The video store is now out of business, FOX Carolina reports.

The woman was apparently sent multiple letters to return the movie but never responded.  She also was allegedly sent a warrant in September 2005. She is denying getting those warnings, and said she would fight the charges.
