CLINTON COUNTY, Mich. (Feb. 24, 2014) — Three people are facing first-degree murder charges in the death of Michigan State University sophomore Dustyn Frolka.
Samantha Grigg, Tyrel Bredernitz and Brendan Heim were all arraigned in St. John’s District Court on charges of first-degree murder and two counts of armed robbery.
According to MLive,the three used brass knuckles to rob Frolka the night of Feb. 15. The 19-year-old’s body was found at 10:23 p.m. on I-69 at the East Lansing exit.
Police confirmed Sunday that all three suspects were arrested during two separate raids in Saline. Grigg is currently a senior at Saline High School and Heim, a 16-year-old, is being charged as an adult, according to MLive.
