GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (March 27, 2014) — An employee at the BP gas station, 1560 Lake Dr. SE, left an angry note for his late boss for everyone to see.

“As you can see, the doors are locked.  I went home,” the note reads.  “Fire me if you must, but realize I walked due to YOUR negligence.”

The manager at the BP, who declined to go on camera, told FOX 17 that she was running an hour and a half late because she didn’t hear her alarm clock, and that the third-shift employee never called her or any other employees prior to leaving the note and locking up the store.

A photo of the note was posted on Reddit and also surfaced on a local blog Thursday(Warning: explicit language)
