NASHVILLE, Tenn. (March 30, 2014) — Two West Michigan natives are using their entertainment industry ties, working with country music stars to help fight breast cancer with their 501(c)(3) organization Women Rock for the Cure.

One of the organization’s main fundraising events includes the annual Opry Goes Pink concert which has received support from artists such as Carrie Underwood, Martina McBride, LeAnn Rimes and many others.

Those fundraising events support the rest of the group’s mission such as the Young Survivors Retreat; which brings together young women diagnosed with breast cancer.
