GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (April 3, 2014) — West Michigan had a day of rain and some freezing rain, and it looks like more is on the way overnight tonight and into Friday Morning.
This image from our in-house computer model, Future Track, shows some of the potential amounts by Friday evening. The heaviest totals will be along and south of I-94. To the north, there could be a little freezing rain. There is a winter weather advisory in effect until 4AM Friday for Newaygo, Oceana, Montcalm, and Mecosta Counties.
Colder weather on Friday night will lead to some snow showers, but as you can see, very little if any accumulation will occur:
