Man Seriously Injured In 3-Vehicle Crash

1065115_10152731929694348_109754667_oCANNON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (April 5, 2014)- One person is seriously injured after a three vehicle crash in Cannon Township Friday, that’s according to the Kent County Sheriff Department.

It happened on Belding Road at Kitson Drive.

Investigators said Robert Yourshaw, who was driving a Honda Accord, was hit by a pickup truck. The impact sent the car into oncoming traffic where it was hit by a second vehicle.

Yourshaw, 59, suffered life-threatening injuries and his passenger Sheryl Yourshaw, 61, suffered non-life threatening injuries, that’s according to the Kent County Sheriff Department. The other two drivers were not hurt.

Alcohol is not believed to be a factor, that’s according to investigators.
