IONIA, Mich. (April 13, 2014)- A motorcycle rider had to be air-lifted to a Grand Rapids Hospital after being struck by a car Sunday afternoon.
According to Ionia County Central Dispatch, the accident happened around 3 p.m. on Commerce Lane in Ionia.
The driver of the motorcycle was conscious when Aero Med arrived on scene. The driver was taken to a Grand Rapids Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The Ionia County Sheriff’s Department is still investigating the crash.
