Mecosta County Roads Closed Due to Flooding

BIG RAPIDS, Mich. (April 14, 2014) — The Mecosta County Sheriff’s Department has released an updated list of roads in the county that are still closed due to flooding, as of 10:15 A.M. Monday:

“Here is a complete list of roads that we have. This includes all from last night and a couple more. If there isn’t water across the road at some of these areas it still might not be safe to travel on. Please avoid these areas if possible.

150th Ave between 21 and 22 Mile.
70th Ave North of 1 Mile.
10th Ave at Evergreen North County Line.
220th Ave between 21 and 22 Mile.
120th Ave North of 16 Mile.
160th Ave North of 21 Mile.
13 Mile and Winding Brook.
20 Mile between 80th and 90th Ave.
Hoover Road between 170 and 180 Ave.
90th Ave at 16 Mile.
90th Ave between 17 and 18 Mile.
155th Ave north of 21 Mile
Newcosta between 23 Mile and Meceola Road
Balsam Road E of 90th Ave.”
