OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich. (April 20, 2014) — Investigators are hoping autopsy results will show what caused the death of a man, who was originally thought to have been struck by a train.

The call came in at around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, for reports of a body near the railroad tracks that run parallel with Chicago Drive in Georgetown Township.

When deputies arrived, they found a 21-year-old man dead at the scene.  It was determined that he had not been struck by a train.  An autopsy has been ordered to determine a cause of death.

The incident remains under investigation.
