Federal Agents Arrest Accused Sex Crime Suspect
KENT COUNTY, Mich (April 26, 2014) – Special agents with U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement Homeland Security say a Kent County man is in custody after an arrest late Friday on state criminal sexual conduct charges.
Michigan State Police assisted with the arrest.
Online records show 22-year-old Travis Stiehl was booked into the Kent County jail on a felony commercializing sex charge.
A spokesperson with U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement says further details regarding the arrest are being withheld until his first court appearance which is scheduled for Monday.
