Meth Bust Leads to 2 Arrests; Police Recover Short-barrel Shotgun

SCHOOLCRAFT TOWNSHIP, Mich. (April 30, 2014) — Police arrested two suspects and recovered illegal drugs and a gun late Tuesday night in Kalamazoo County. the two suspects are facing multiple charges.

Sheriff’s deputies and members of the Kalamazoo Metro SWAT Team went to a home in the 12000 block of South 18th St in Schoolcraft township.  They found two subjects inside, along with meth, equipment to manufacture the drug, and a short barrel shotgun. The two suspects were arrested and are now being held at the Kalamazoo County Jail.
