BATTLE CREEK, Mich (May 2, 2014) – Authorities are working to track down a man that’s wanted out of the Battle Creek area on several felony warrants.
36-year-old Marty Owen Smith is accused of making and selling meth, retail fraud, violating probation and other crimes.
He’s 6’1″, 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Investigators say he’s known to spend time in the Battle Creek and Hastings area.
The Battle Creek Police Department, the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department and the Michigan State Police are all involved in the investigation.
