SOUTH HAVEN, Mich. – Students at Baseline Middle School in South Haven were evacuated from their building Tuesday because of a threat.

South Haven Superintendent Dr. Bob Herrera told FOX 17 News graffiti was found inside the middle school, 7537 Baseline Rd., late Tuesday morning which implied a bomb threat.

Students were moved to another school building as police swept the school.  Those students will remain in the other building for the rest of the day, said Herrera.

Herrera said there are surveillance cameras throughout the school which are expected to help reveal the identity of the person behind the threat.
