Man, 28, Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries in Caledonia Twp. Crash

CALEDONIA TOWNSHIP, Mich. (May 27, 2014) — A 28-year-old Caledonia man suffered life-threatening injuries Wednesday morning during a rollover crash.

The incident happened at about 8:40 a.m. in the area of 100th and Cherry Valley in Caledonia Township, according to the Kent County Sheriff’s Department.

Deputies say Shawn Allen Raak’s car left the roadway and rolled over while he was eastbound on Cherry Valley.  He was taken by Aero Med to the hospital.

No other vehicles were involved and no one else was injured, according to a release.
