BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (June 8, 2014)- Two people are injured after a shooting overnight, that’s according to the Battle Creek Police Department.
It happened around 3:30 A.M. Sunday in the area of Walter Avenue in Battle Creek.
Investigators said two men in their 20’s were walking away from a group of people when they were shot. They said one victim was shot in the leg and buttocks. Police said he is in critical condition. The second victim was shot in the side and suffered minor injures.
No arrests at this time.
